Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate - This game has only sold 190K in Japan, where the MH franchise is by far the largest. So, I doubt it is going to bring in a huge NA crowd that are willing to pay $350-$400 to get it. It's also releasing on the 3DS, where it will most likely sell the most copies.
Lego City Undercover - This game does look fun, and appeals to younger children, but parents aren't going to put down $350-$400 to get it for their kids. Especially not in March. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if this game comes out by holiday season for the PS3 and 360, as well.
Game & Wario - The highest sellest home console version of a Wario game was WarioWare: Smooth Moves, at 840K. His 2nd outing on the Wii saw a drop to 560K. In comparison, Mario Galaxy sold 5.7M in NA, which released the same year as Smooth Moves. So, it's safe to say Wario is not a system seller.
Wonderful 101 - This game does look interesting. However, considering it's supposed to release in a month or so, and yet has no release date, I'm guessing it will soon be announced it has been delayed. We'll have to wait and see.
Wii Fit U - Not sure why you would put your faith in an excercise game, since those appeal to casuals mainly. Casuals who already have shown a lack of interest in the system. They are also less likely to drop $350-$400 for an enhanced version of the Wii Fit game they already have.
Wii Party - This may have the ability to bring gamers in, though, it seems Wii Party did much better in EU than it did in NA. Kinda doubt EU is going to change its mind about the Wii U anytime soon.
Wind Waker HD - Put simply, it takes more than remakes to push your system.
The biggest point is that the Wii U has already had an installment in Nintendo's best selling franchise, Mario. A "2D" Mario at that, which have ALWAYS sold more than 3D Marios. While games will help, when the interest in your actual HW is this low, a price cut is really the only thing that will help in the long run.

If you really want to go here, I will oblige.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate - yes, you're absolutely right, the game has sold 190k in Japan in under three months, significantly more than all but the top two Vita games have sold in over a year. By the way, Tri sold over 900k in America and Europe on Wii.
Your Lego City comments are silly. I'm skipping that.
Game & Wario - again, it's all good and fine to say this isn't a system seller, but show me the Vita game that is a better system seller. Every game doesn't sell systems. Some just maintain interest in the console.
Wonderful 101 is not "supposed to release in a month or so." In the Nintendo Direct held in late January, it (along with Game & Wario, Wii Fit U, Pikmin 3, and Lego City Undercover) was slated for a "spring-to-summer" release window. The first of these games coming out is Lego City at the end of March.
Wii Fit U - ye of little faith. I can't believe the number of times I have to point to this series' history as a two-for-two 20 million seller. Surely that is worth the benefit of the doubt? Is there any franchise on its way to Vita which has sold over 20 million even once, never mind twice?
Wii Party U - excellent show of cynicism, you see a game which has traditionally sold well in a certain market, but rather than helping the console in that market, the console will doom the game. And a Monster Hunter game on Vita would sell terribly in Japan, because Japan isn't going to change its mind about the Vita, right?
Wind Waker HD - Vita should be so lucky to have a remake like this. The last Zelda remake was Ocarina for 3DS, which is on the verge of 3 million sales. No Killzone game has ever reached 3 million. Now tell me, which is the better system seller, a new Killzone game that probably won't reach 1 million or a Zelda remake that will probably break 2 million?
Yeah, 2D Mario sells pretty nice. Notice Wii U sold pretty well in the month following its release. Wii U only stopped selling when games stopped being released altogether -- it's not apathy towards the hardware, it's a lack of any kind of software at all. So what happens when software is brought back into the mix? Not just any software, but 3D Mario and/or Mario Kart? Sony would kill to have games that could sell that well on Vita, but for some reason they are dismissable on Wii U?
Get outta here, you guys know Wii U will be ahead of Vita's LTD hardware AND software before the end of the year.
