I can say you why, because Pikmin 3 has no date, without release date, we cant be sure its coming, it could be delayed like Nintendo use to.
In quality term, yes, TearAway is an ambitious game. ( you were talking about first party games, right ? I think TearAway is one of these big first party for Sony, obviously not a system seller as a new IP)
