Vita has more first party games coming this year, for what we know, and they all seem to be very ambitious ( Soul Sacrifice, Tear Away, Killzone) and we know there is some games coming sony keep secret ( sony bend game ).

While the WiiU.. we know for sure that Pikmin 3 is coming this year ( well no really for sure, it could be postponed like so many games on 3DS the first year ) and that's all we saw... Nintendo said there will be a Mario Kart at the end of the year...That's all for the big games coming on Wii U, for what we know.

Boy, you sure don't know anything at all about the Wii U. Let me enlighten you, and then you may in turn enlighten me on the Vita's killer 2013 lineup.

Pikmin 3 has a "1st half" release window. It is not being delayed over six months into 2014, that's for sure. Other games scheduled for release within the next 4 months include:

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Lego City Undercover

Injustice: Gods Among Us
Resident Evil: Revelations Unveiled Edition
Game & Wario
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct
The Wonderful 101
Wii Fit U

Certainly some of these may have been pushed back, but again, not by over six months. Other games scheduled for release later this year include:

Wii Party U
Splinter Cell: Blacklist
Rayman Legends
Watch Dogs
Zelda Wind Waker HD

Then there are some 'leftovers.' It's been hinted, but not confirmed, that Bayonetta 2 will be released in 2013. Mario Kart and a new 3D Mario platformer will be playable at E3, so it's probable that at least one of them will be ready for release this year.

Bolded titles are exclusives. None of the games listed are shovelware or late ports, although some of those will be around as well. The list also does not include any of the numerous games being released digitally to the eShop.

@ bolded/underlined

I'm guessing you are refering to NA, so doesn't Resident Evil: Revelations (released on 3DS Feb '12) count as a late port?  As for the rest of your list, let's take at look at it realistically.  And I'm not going to talk about 360/PS3 mulitplats, because let's be serious, they will sell much better on the 360/PS3.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate - This game has only sold 190K in Japan, where the MH franchise is by far the largest.  So, I doubt it is going to bring in a huge NA crowd that are willing to pay $350-$400 to get it.  It's also releasing on the 3DS, where it will most likely sell the most copies.

Lego City Undercover - This game does look fun, and appeals to younger children, but parents aren't going to put down $350-$400 to get it for their kids.  Especially not in March.  Also, I wouldn't be surprised if this game comes out by holiday season for the PS3 and 360, as well.

Game & Wario - The highest sellest home console version of a Wario game was WarioWare: Smooth Moves, at 840K.  His 2nd outing on the Wii saw a drop to 560K.  In comparison, Mario Galaxy sold 5.7M in NA, which released the same year as Smooth Moves.  So, it's safe to say Wario is not a system seller.

Wonderful 101 - This game does look interesting.  However, considering it's supposed to release in a month or so, and yet has no release date, I'm guessing it will soon be announced it has been delayed.  We'll have to wait and see.

Wii Fit U - Not sure why you would put your faith in an excercise game, since those appeal to casuals mainly.  Casuals who already have shown a lack of interest in the system.  They are also less likely to drop $350-$400 for an enhanced version of the Wii Fit game they already have.

Wii Party - This may have the ability to bring gamers in, though, it seems Wii Party did much better in EU than it did in NA.  Kinda doubt EU is going to change its mind about the Wii U anytime soon.

Wind Waker HD - Put simply, it takes more than remakes to push your system.

The biggest point is that the Wii U has already had an installment in Nintendo's best selling franchise, Mario.  A "2D" Mario at that, which have ALWAYS sold more than 3D Marios.  While games will help, when the interest in your actual HW is this low, a price cut is really the only thing that will help in the long run.
