Boy, you sure don't know anything at all about the Wii U. Let me enlighten you, and then you may in turn enlighten me on the Vita's killer 2013 lineup.
Pikmin 3 has a "1st half" release window. It is not being delayed over six months into 2014, that's for sure. Other games scheduled for release within the next 4 months include:
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Lego City Undercover
Injustice: Gods Among Us
Resident Evil: Revelations Unveiled Edition
Game & Wario
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct
The Wonderful 101
Wii Fit U
Certainly some of these may have been pushed back, but again, not by over six months. Other games scheduled for release later this year include:
Wii Party U
Splinter Cell: Blacklist
Rayman Legends
Watch Dogs
Zelda Wind Waker HD
Then there are some 'leftovers.' It's been hinted, but not confirmed, that Bayonetta 2 will be released in 2013. Mario Kart and a new 3D Mario platformer will be playable at E3, so it's probable that at least one of them will be ready for release this year.
Bolded titles are exclusives. None of the games listed are shovelware or late ports, although some of those will be around as well. The list also does not include any of the numerous games being released digitally to the eShop.

The " boy " has the Wii U and surely know better things about Wii U. You're very naive if you think Pikmin cant be delayed, Luigi Mansion 2 was a Q1 2012 too titile at the beginning you know. SO, without a real date, we cant possibly know, its nintendo.
Oh, i didnt know W101/Lego City Undercover were first party title... ( because thats what you were talking about, first party exclusive titles )
And i didnt know Wii Party U/Wario Ware/Wii Fit U ( seriously?... ) were big titles, in term of quality or sales (i love Wario Ware but this one coming is a joke, 16 mini games, really ?! I hope its just an eshop game), Wii Fit U wont work , people wont buy 400$ hardware it when they have the wii version.
Its like i said Open Me on Vita or other crappy stuff.

There's a double-standard showing in your post where you said (underlined) that sony keeps some games secret, but then you act like there's nothing that Nintendo has for the Wii U kept a secret. Nintendo does that ALL the time. There's a good chance that there are a good handful of great 1st party titles releasing this year for the Wii U.
Luigi's Mansion may have been delayed several times, but its release date was never quite so solid until they said "Holiday 2012" and then delayed it to March 24th. Pikmin 3 from the start had a more solid release than Luigi's Mansion, and we know more about it than we did about Luigi's Mansion. So it's pretty absurd to assume that Pikmin 3 isn't an assured release for this year.
I mean, any game for the Vita that doesn't have a solid release date you can say the same then. Any. Because it is really not fair to try to single out Nintendo and specifically one title where it was delayed a lot, a game we seen almost no footage of too.
