He means that the PS4 sequels shown don't look like that dramatic of a graphical leap over PS3 games, where Wii U games looks leaps and hurdles better then Wii Games. Hence games like XenoBlade 2, while still a sequel, will be "Fresher" where PS4 sequels will be pretty more more of the same. Metroid, Smash Bros, and Mario Kart will all feel like very different games where GT6, InFamous and Uncharted might feel a lot like their PS3 counterparts.

With that said, and sequels being pretty much more of the same..... I'm worried about Microsoft LOL. How long can they rely on Halo and Forza?

Uhm you do realize that the Wii was barely on par with the old Xbox right? Also it was using the same graphics technology as the Gamecube, wich was very outdated. So you're right the leap from Wii to Wii-U is bigger than what PS3 to PS4, but that's only because they didn't make any real jump from Gamecube to Wii.

I'm going to be playing on the 3 consoles anyway. Unless what Microsoft has in store greatly underwhelms. But I'm not really expecting that. Although I don't expect them to top PS4, they will most likely tie it.

So yeah, Wii U, PS4 and NextBox for me this gen. Just like it was Wii, PS3 and 360 last gen.

Uhm most wii games looked worst than the original xbox and it never bothered me, so I'm not sure what you are getting at, I liked the wiimote. Have you ever played metroid prime with gamecube controls compared to wii controls that was the system seller for me and made all the difference not the graphics.

I was the same; for me the leap from the 6th gen to the 7th wasn't about SD to HD, it was about going from using sticks and buttons to controlling a virtual character with my own movements.

naw, for this poll since its nintendo vs sony and since sony just announced their ps4 the fanbase of not sony will vote the other way. In other words its ps4 vs wii u + MS fans. If Nintendo just announced something new it would be nintendo vs Sony + MS

I doubt the casuals are gone. sales of Just Dance 4 tell a different story. The Wii simply hadn't many games in the end.

Conduit 2 smokes every Xbox and Gamecube games in textures, geometry and effects. And i'm sure I could name a few other games that do the same. Really, the graphical difference between GC and Wii games is quite big.

Yeah I saw all of those and they are impressive. I just really wanted them to show games that would blow away the WiiU, which they didn't really. They showed a lot of tech demos and graphic engines, which really don't mean much at the end of the day. Games liike Killzone don't move me either.

What I would have loved if they had said that some Quadratic Dream game will be at launch, and Last of US is also now on PS4, etc. But I guess they still have E3.

I agree, the games were definitely underwhelming imo. But I'm not worried about that seeing as there's still 4-6 first party titles to be revealed (3 being from ND, Santa M, Poly, arguably the most notable studios) and a ton of TP games. My prediction: E3 will be cray.

Yeah, I belive E3 will be, or better yet has to be, all about the games for all 3 consoles. Nintendo has to put some distance between the WiiU and the PS720. PS720 will have a difficult time if the launch games (or launch window) are lacking, which I believe they will be in terms of numbers and exclusives. Essentially, I think what we see happening to WiiU will happen to PS720.
