2012: Dillon's Rolling Western, Freakyforms Deluxe, Pullblox/Fallblox.
Before that: Xenoblade Chronicles, Wii-series (Fit/Sport/Resort/Play), Disaster: Day of Crisis.
The old IPs sell usually better and are for that reason more well known, with the Wii-series being the exception.
JWeinCom said: Oh and Endless Ocean and Tokyo Crash Mobs. With Tokyo Crash Mobs their last new IP was... I dunno... a week or two ago? Electroplankton... I think DIllon's Rolling Western was 1st party. |
Dillon is from Vanpool but developed with Nintendo. And I think Vanpool didn't made something for different platforms than Nintendo in ages.
Tokyo Crash Mob is also Nintendo? That oushes the time Nintendo made last a new IP to 2013.

Denpa Men is from Nintendo? I knew it was from Genius Sonority, so reading in Wikipedia: "Genius Sonority began operations in July 2001 for the original purpose of developing Pokémon games for home consoles and was officially incorporated in June 2002, with funding provided by Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi’s Q Fund, a cash reserve used for Nintendo game company start-ups. Current shareholders of the company include Yamana Satoru, Nintendo, and The Pokémon Company." OK, it's basically Nintendo.
Well, and Denpa Men 2 is out in Japan and may come to the West - I like that.
Also I didn't knew that Nintendo owns the W101-IP. That's probably bad for fans of other platforms, as this will never come over.

And people say that Nintendo makes nothing new, regarding IP's.
