Anyone think there might be a chance of a Smash Bros. shortage soon after its released?

I won't be able to pick it up until the end of march, hopfully they'll ship enough for everyone...

Not likely....they know how big this one's going to be.

Also, they are not doing a simultaneous WW launch.

It might sell out on day one, but expect the channel to recover by the following week.

The reason for the delay was so they will NOT have shortages. So no.

no i think they know how big this game will be and will make alot of copies(more then they made SMG copies)

Absolutely not! It is by far their biggest game this year, AND the one that will supposedly prove they can still make a kick-ass hardcore action game. They would be absolutely FOOLISH not to have at least 2 million copies at retail on launch. Even if not all of them sell the first day, people will be rushing to get this game for a long time, so first shipment better be HUGE.

NOt likely. Its hard to have shortages of a game unless a peripheal is with it. As mass producing DVD's is not too hard.
