Daily, I do weight lifting 10kg (one hand) with about 20 mins on each hand, (hand switching after 6-8 minutes) 30+minutes of sit ups (no pause, the harder way), 3 series of about 15-25 dips and 30-35 push ups with a small break after each series. (tho, i just recently started with dips, so im still having some difficulties with them). Im also kinda 'slim', so i drink high protein (+90) shake every day 2 hours before working out, to gain muscular mass.

Yeah i need to get back to hitting the gym, I don't know why but i stopped going the past couple of weeks.

Motivation problem maybe mate?

Gym is the easy part...

Eating  a ton is a workout in itself

you just need to eat right... you dont need to eat a ton... if you eat a ton you will get fat instead of muscular... you Fat Cells will get bigger and you will create new ones wich wont go away EVER. So you will install fat easier and faster

I reccoment eating 6-7 means a day with 25g of protein each... Dring Alot of Water and if you dont have time to eat as you want buy some protein drinks.

20 minutes each hand is way too much time... its better to add wight and do Series of 3/4 with 8-12 Reps each,

If you want to build mass and your small or an ectomorph you need to lift heavy and eat a ton.  Using your body weight will not gain you much mass.

What he is doing is considered a heavy weight workout, but it's a good way of getting injured too.

Stop this already! I dont know how people even believe in this, using you bodyweight might be much harder than lifting weight...

Nothing is better to build a upper body than Bodyweight exercises, as for legs its better have weights sure.

Legs - Squats, Lungues, Dead Lifts, Pistol Squats.

Upper Body : Dips, Pull ups, Chin Ups, Muscle Ups, Push Ups, Bench Press are some of the best exercises to build muscle...

You see those guys or hanniball for king or many more wich only use BW and they have way better bodies than 99% of non steroid people on gyms.

Yeah, but i do 6-8 minutes on 1 hand then switch and do 6-8 mins on the other and then switch again until i've done about 18-20 mins of lifting on each hand. There's no way i could handle 20 minutes on one hand without switching or pause

Ome of the main reasons it's not recommended for doing body weight workouts over lifting heavy is because you need to constantly lift heavier to gain mass.  Unless you are using weighted belts on thos pull ups you will most likely become cut and ripped.  Let me put it this way.  Brad Pitt is an ectomorph and was up to 160 for the movie fight club.  A lot of his training was using lower weights and then keeping his body fat at a low percentage.  When he gained 25 lbs for the movie Troy do you know what he did?  He lifted heavy and ate in his bulk phase and then cut and maintained his muscle that he gained.  He had a professional trainer and there is a reason they chose to lift heavy rather than to do body weight.  Sure you can gain muscle by doing body weight but it will not be as effective as lifting heavy.

If you guys really are wanting to gain mass train 3 times a week and lift heavy. Every time you are working out try lifting heavier. do 4 sets between 6-12 reps. Go to google and find a weight gaining calculator so you know how much calories you need to take in a day. Pay attention to your macro as well. Here is a routine and you can do this all at home with a weight bench, barbells, and dumb bells.
