I must've missed that movie. I first mistook it for Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. I used to love Ben Stiller movies :D

You gotta check out Heavy Weights!  One of my favorite childhood movies.  He is a very good fitness motivator as seen in Dodgeball.  I believe that was just an extension of this role.  Ben Stiller would get me motivated to work out...

Actually speaking the truth....  Watching any sports like NFL, soccer, or anything that they actually run a decent amount in makes me want to work out.  I just look at all those in shape male specimens and like damn it they are one upping my ass.

haha noted.

Yeah, I imagine that would be motivating. I don't watch sports so derp.

As for me, I reallized I needed to work out more when I was about to upload a photo from the beach, but I decided not to cuz I looked so out of shape in it x_x

Gym is the easy part...

Eating  a ton is a workout in itself

i watch sports on tv or in a stadium, read about it and play sport videogames. that makes 3 out of 4 possible ways to deal with sports, i think that is enough sport and much more as those bar brothers do!

I definitely will try this out. Haven't worked out in about 6 weeks and I need to get back into it. Started college and I'm driving an hour to class four days a week, so its hard to find time between homework, class, and driving. I may try this for a week or two and see how I feel. I have a gym membership but I hate going there because of all the conceited douchebags.

If you want to build mass and your small or an ectomorph you need to lift heavy and eat a ton.  Using your body weight will not gain you much mass.

What he is doing is considered a heavy weight workout, but it's a good way of getting injured too.

I liked the facebook page. Despite having gone to the gym earlier this evening I tried a few of the workouts (mainly the abs and chest ones). I definitely felt the burn, which is good!

This will definitely be good additions to my routine. :)
