(tho, i just recently started with dips, so im still having some difficulties with them). Im also kinda 'slim', so i drink high protein (+90) shake every day 2 hours before working out, to gain muscular mass. |
20 minutes each hand is way too much time... its better to add wight and do Series of 3/4 with 8-12 Reps each,
