The Dark Knight wins simply because of the Joker. THE best characterisation of a superhero or supervillain bar none.

Avengers was more fun definitely. But fun does not mean best.

$45 for a 2 hour movie? and people rage at $60 for a 10 hour game.

This was quite well done as i was quite skeptical. I thought they would just dude bro everything. The actors were nice. Mark Ruffalo as hulk was pretty damn good. Quite well done.

Spiderman 2 and The dark knight stay as comic book hero masterpieces for me.

Avengers was great, but some of the humor felt out of place. It is mostly forgivable but there was one part that felt extremely out of place and that was when after Loki was defeated where he asks Iron Man for that drink. That line shouldn't have been there and was out of character but for the most part, the humor was enjoyable. Not as good as the Dark Knight imo, but still one of the best super hero movies of all time.

The Avengers? XD

Meh, it was ok. Iron Man and The Hulk saved the movie, Samuel L. Jackson was great too, I hated the Thor related story and characters and Captain America was a dick.

I'm not much of a comic book fan, the only super hero movies I have really enjoyed are Spider Man, The Dark Knight and Iron Man.

EDIT: Forget to comment on the 3D, oh man, it was poor, 3D generally is but this took it to another level, never will I watch a 3D movie again.

The Avengers is just a disappointment for me. It was the old - we all come from different places and can't get along lets learn to get along. I felt like I saw that 5874 times in Cartoon Network growing up. It felt like a continuation of Thor but I haven't read the comics so whatever, and isn't Thor a God or whatever? He was portrayed less powerful than on his own film. Captain America was the better movie in quality and screenplay of the lot.

That's because it's converted 3D,not true 3D.
