Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal - 6-7 times

More recently, I've played through both Uncharted and Uncharted 2 thrice each, mostly for trophy purposes (though it wasn't really difficult with games as brilliant as those). On a side note, I have yet to finish Uncharted 3 even once.

EDIT: And any game I really like will have been played twice, but I rarely go above two playthroughs.

I replay through my favourite games quite a lot actually, both Lufia II and Parasite Eve have had more than 10 playthroughs each.

Though recently, the games I've most replayed (outside New Game+ games), is both Mass Effect games (more than 3 times each) and Final Fantasy XII (on my 3rd playthrough now).

I've played the Halo games several times each. I usually replay them leading up to the next game's release.

I replay Mario and Sonic games a lot but I rarely play them through to the end.
