If they have to, Nintendo seems to have room to cut price. I'm pretty sure the main reason it was priced so high in the first place is because Nintendo didn't want to leave money on the table with three years of sellouts like they did with the Wii. If 3DS sales don't pick up with a couple killer apps and a holiday season, I think they're ready to bite the bullet.

But I'm puzzled as to why people make the same mistake every generation. Why do you think better specs means Vita is for victory? How many times does this have to be proven wrong?

I suspect I'll be getting both, but the one that gets the most play will be the one with better emulator support... so go homebrew!

where the hell have you been shopping at?? i never payed that much for any PSP game. The last new one i got was Peace Walker and that was 40 bucks. 

Not many places to be honest. I just remember them being $50 once.

That was before I modded my PSP and stopped buying and playing PSP titles.

There is no game or any feature that Vita has that makes me say i want this.

So just because the games will look better it automatically makes them play better?

And better support? Where is the support? Right now I see 3DS getting way more support than PSVita is lol

I wonder why people are saying that the PSV will get an advantage over the 3DS with call of duty and Monster Hunter. Do people forget that neither of those games are exclusive to Sony systems at all ((Monster hunter Tri, and Call of duty is on Nintendo systems, just not as recognized is all)) Also Nintendo has the biggest players in Gaming history. Pokemon games ((that includes all of them which sells more than Call of duty and Monster Hunter combined) and then there is the old favorite Mario. Those two alone can hold down a system, then there are the brainage games ((people will love those games in 3D)) A possible sequel to one of the best games ever ((THE WORLD ENDS WITH YOU, very possible)) And Nintendo is bringing back old school games, I would not be surprised if in 2 years we see a brand new starfox on the 3DS, Then there is also Kid Icarus, Professor Layton vs Ace Wright attorney, Zelda, Metroid, Tetris, Kingdom Hearts, and BY ODIN'S BEARD, DID THEY SAY SMASH BROS, and they said that it would connect to the new WiiU, Are you kidding me, Nintendo is coming hard. This is not to say that the PSV will do well, I believe that the margin between the two system will not be as big, but still have the utmost faith that Nintendo will come out on top of this Generation again. ((I will probably pick up the PSV once a really kick ass game comes out)) Also another thing that will hurt the PSV is the large amount of Hackers, I bet that at least 75% of the people on this site have a hacked PSP. I know i did before i sold it. The 3DS will be hacked to, but i don't think to the extent of the PSV, mainly because you have to buy an R4, as oppose to just looking on the internet for the download. And lastly i don't know if the PSV has this, but the Spot pass and the Street Pass function for the 3DS is really cool, i mean the system is constantly updating just by being on, doesn't even have to be open or being played. If the PSV can do something along these lines then it would be an even closer and more interesting race for the top. Sorry I lied, there's one more thing. Someone said that the PSV's AR is better than the 3DS and that the 3DS needs Cards, well it doesn't ((Face Raiders doesn't use the AR cards)) The Cards just help the 3DS dictate what it's doing... Also with the release of Pokemon 3D it brings the possibility of Pokemon Battles now happening in AR... CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT POKEMON Battles happening on your kitchen table... AMAZING,

meh, vita is still doomed. It shares too much with the ps3 while 3DS will probably get it's own games (at least from ninty). Neither handheld is going to have DS level success but 3DS will come out on top tx to ninty's 1st party that many folks never tire of. The only market Vita has a chance of winning is JP but that all depends on where MH and DQ end up.

lol anyone in the right mind right now should not pay $250 for a 3DS. THe amount of technology PSV offering over the 3DS is just insane. Definitely wait for a price cut.
