Samus has lots of energy, but it doesn't regenerate. Master Chief's shields regenerate.

So Master Chief would unload all his weapons, take off a couple energy tanks worth of health from Samus, then Samus would murder Master Chief.

Master Chief's only hope is to hide to recharge his shield, run in for a melee attack, then get the hell out of dodge again. Of course, the chances of Master Chief getting away from Samus is close to none. Samus can roll up into a ball, has a dash move, and can jump maybe twice as high as Master Chief.

Fair reasoning. And I resent that Haloid video. I was enjoying it until the Master Chief had HIS armour removed and showed him as a girl. Hes called John for a reason.

It was meant to be the female spartan that featured in Dead Or Alive 4, i believe.

Really though, Master Chief. If anyone played MP2 or MPH they'd know that Samus's blaster isn't as powerfull as you'd think. Everyone in Metriod uses spacy weapons, while most people in Halo use bullets. A gun fight would be pretty even. In a fist fight though, a Master Chief wins because of his huge size and power. More likely we'd find them making out before the fight started...

Its like Captain America vs Iron Man. Iron Man obviously has a huge advantage because of superior technology and its the same for Samus.

Samus hasn't got a blaster.. and besides her hyper beam would just melt master Chief.

Nobody said cortana would be with him that would be cheating its him alone vs samus.

she has her powers he has his and cortana is one of em :P. there is really no comparison cause you could view it from cortana side and from samus side you can make an argument on how both of them can win.

there is no external input on samus though, you'd usually have to take cortana out of the helmet which is a bad idea in fight =X
