samus will just use a power bomb and destroy mc in a flash
or if you want she will freeze him whit the dark beam and than lock 5 missiles on him
and boom but before that she will probably scan him and see how weak he is

seriously if someone think master chief is near samus level or above
is either really stupid or never played metroid game before

Nintendo made me a gamer so I'd be stupid to ever try to forget that like so many people nowadays
