FFXVII

First we have FFXVII. Nobody knows what it might be like, but after the commercial sales of FFXVI, FF will likely once again pivot.

FFVII R Part 3.

Technically announced, but there isn't any information. It will finish the FFVII remake trilogy.

Persona 6

2026 will make 10 years since the last mainline Persona game. After the success of Persona 5, ATLUS just couldn't move on and created many spinoffs.

Dragon Quest XII

Also announced, but once again very little information. Dragon Quest XI followed the ATLUS strategy with many ports and special editions, making it one of their greatest sales successes.

Kingdom Hearts 4

After the first Kingdom Hearts Saga concluded with Kingdom Hearts 3. Many are wondering where SE will go with Kingdom Hearts 4.

Tales of 

Tales of Arise released in 2021 and already sold over 3m copies. So surely there is another Tales game in the works.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon

After the success of the first JRPG like Yakuza, Sega created a sequel called Infinite Wealth. The story must go on, so there is likely a sequel coming.

Xenoblade Chronicles

The last mainline game was 3 years ago. Surely there is a big game planned for Switch 2.

FFVIIR Part 3. Day 1!

I was originally going to wait for part 3 to release before starting the trilogy, but Rebirth TwinPack changed my mind.

The next Yakuza one for sure.

Chrono Trigger 2.

Breath of Fire VII.

I would absolutely love a new Breath of Fire.

Final Fantasy Tactics! After seeing the remaster coming, would love for a new title!

KH4 was announced. It had a teaser a couple of years ago

My answer is Persona 6. Atlas cooked really well with Metaphor and Persona 3 Reload was amazing

Breath of Fire 7 is what I want most.

Out of the choices available I want xenoblade 4 though.

I really think the next FF is gonna be like Clair Obscur, I'm not really excited for anything else and just mildly interested in where FF and Atlus go, I doubt the latter will change their formula or add a budget. I suppose Tales of after Arise cause that was actually a 10/10. As for Stlus if they don't change I couldn't be less interested after Metaphor. Not my ho to type of game anyway but I do enjoy them. I'd say most of my interest lied in people outside of Japan attempting the essence of JRPGs like Vlair Obscur, Chinese devs only seem interested in action and action RPGs games but I'd like to see what a studio does in this space. Again, I'm just extremely interested to see the next FF and if it's not turn based, linear with an overworld with the most cutting edge graphics ever and insane production value I'll be really disappointed.
