MAFIA ROUND 47 - HALLOWEENVILLE

INTRODUCTION

Tempers flared at HalloweenVille’s (no connection whatsoever with Halloweentown) city council.
 
Following countless deaths, many decades ago, at the hands of humans and their wooden stakes, silver bullets and other monster killing creations, it had been decided that the citizen of HalloweenVille would never step foot again in the human realm. This change was heavily supported by the city residents who had lost too many loved ones in their attempt to conquer the human world.

But then, as the years went by, the lessons of the past began to drift away from collective memory and soon rumours ran through the city’s gloomy streets that a group of rebels were planning to have the “Don’t Fuck With Humans” Act repealed. It was that particular subject matter that had sparked the heated debate at the council.

- “Something needs to be done to send a message that DFWH is here to stay.” declared Scarecrow.
- “I don’t sssssee why we should wassssste our time on a rumour” hissed Gorgon.
- “You only say that because you’re one of the rebels.” replied Goblin accusingly.
- “How dare you make such baselessssss accusationssss? Can you look me in the eye and repeat them?”
- “Do you really think anybody is foolish enough to fall for that one?” said Scarecrow.

Sadly, Goblin wasn’t the smartest monster around and he was now standing stoned in the middle of city hall. Gorgon was laughing maniacally. She didn’t laugh for long though as the other attendants swarmed on her and proceeded to rip the snakes right off her head all the while being careful to avoid her stare. She was then dragged outside and hung in town square for all to see.

There was no denying the existence of a group of rebels now and from the looks of it, they were prepared to do anything to get what they wanted.

DAY 1 - STARTS!

• The Day ends when a player receives the majority of the vote (50% + 1)
• No double-lynching allowed
• For a timelimit at least 33% of the players will have to vote for it. The timelimit will be set for 24h after I’ve declared the timelimit to be in effect. The person with the most votes when the timer is done will be lynched. A tie will result in No Lynch

Woah #1 :D 

On a seperate point, I'm the local resident Ghost. I was killed in the war before the DFWH act came into place, bringing peace to these realms. It's a lonely life being a ghost, and so I dont want anyone else to suffer my fate. I'm winning and ready for a second death to keep these rebel scum from carrying out there aims. If Ghostbuster taught me anything, it's that you DFWH.
