I had a PSP before I got my PS3 , and while I had my PSP only I set up a PSN account to see what was available on, then when I got my PS3 I setup another account so that I can have one with money in the wallet and then other one I could buy just to browse the PSN and in case I lost or had my PSP stolen them money I had would be safe on my other account.

In any case 24 Million sounds about right when you consider that both PS3 and PSP owners can access the PSN, and I'm sure there are many PSP owners who may not yet own a PS3 but like to buy stuff on PSN for their PS3.

There are what, 50 million PSPs out there? Each PSP owner has the ability to make a PSN account. When you take that into account, the Home attach rate doesn't look so bad.

That also effects the number of items downloaded per account. Afterall, the PSP hasn't had decent access to a store for most of its life, and even then, there isn't that much to download as a PSP user except demos and the like. There isn't much if any DLC available to PSP titles.

Also, there's the fact that Europe and Canada are only just now receiving access to PSN cards to coincide with the relese of the Go.  The lack of an easy way to purchase goods via the PS Store for those without credit/debit card access was a limiting factor, I'm sure.

Practically it sucks ass hard. Right now it's absolutely useless. Overpriced stuff you can buy make it even worse. They need to implement trophy support into it or it's doomed. End of the story.

Makes perfect sense to me... XBL users that wanna really use the service at it's best PAY for IT. I would assume that if you have a set of people that are willing to pay to play online then they're more focused on DLC aswel.

Well, there's a little contradiction in maths, here. First, they state that people can have multiple user accounts, and then they assume that all accounts are seperate people for the Home stats.
