I hope that the feminist movements around the world can continue to get traction, if it weren't for all the brave women who spoke out against their brutal regime, we wouldn't even be getting the slight improvements that we are!! But let's not stop there, there is still much to be done!

Its a start. Even as a housewife a driver's licence is so crucial. If a man is at work who would drop the kids to school and buy groceries?

Saudi Arabia is a strange country. Living conditions are great compared to other Middle Eastern countries, yet they are so ultra-conservative on this kind of stuff.

That's really good news and I'm glad that he decided to change that. Hopefully, they change more.

But the feminist icon says Saudi Arabia is great for women -10 weeks paid maternity trumps everything apparently.

Edit: Wait, is there adequate peripheral vision in a burqa? They should make that optional too.

In all honesty, I'll take progression regardless of how long it takes. It's much better than mocking them and going back to square one. Good on them, and hopefully Saudi Arabia turns into a better place to live for women
