probably PS4 because of install base (game's tentative release right now is 10/2016, will probably be delayed because of all the additions they promised with stretch goals), but unless they release stats like the Octodad people (pretty unlikely), we won't ever know

It's probably going to be neck and neck with PS4 and Wii U.

I'm gonna say Wii U.

PS4 because of a larger install base and due to the long distance jump mechanism ( Having a buddy help you glide in air ) it will play extremely similar to Ratchet and Clank.
