In case you didn't read the title:

Software:

- 100% Nintendo

Hardware:

- 53,33% Nintendo

- 26,66% Sony

6,66 % Microsoft, SEGA and Atari each

Conclusion:

Nintendo should totally go 3rd party, they are just the most successful gaming company in history of videogames. Without a doubt, Nintendo is hated.

In before people saying "sales mean nothing" and "all of those games were bundled, so it doesn't count" (I know, not all were bundled).

Need something off Play-Asia? http://www.play-asia.com/

Lol. This thread owned plenty of people.

lets also ignore the fact that Nintendo has been by far the #1 in profits if you only take in consideration the gaming divisions.

"Wii are legion, for Wii are many"

The hardware is more a matter of time than anything else. Microsoft and Sony combined have 8 consoles, Nintendo has more by itself. And Sony is on top as far as consoles go imo. Handhelds is Nintendo obviously.

Software is indisputable, they just make more games that appeal to the mass market.

Most of those were bundled. Besides, sales don't mean anything. Also, it doesn't matter that 7 of those top 15 games were all from the last console generation, Nintendo is still doomed.

Bundled or not, people still paid money. And the games are popular, so people intentionally wanted those games.

It's not like Kinect Adventures, no one gives a shit about such a messy game, but if you wanted a kinect, that piece of software would come shoe-horned into the package.

aww yeah, Ninty for the win!

@ OP - Not sure if you were replying to me, but I was just keeping Manuel happy. I was being totally sarcastic.

I'm not sure I understand the OP and the conclusion therein, since Nintendo historically seems to be selling more hardware than anyone else. So the conclusion should be that they should be a hardware and software company, as they are now, no?

I love My Wii U, and the potential it brings to gaming.
