Many people can be assholes on the internet and still be good people. Same for viceversa. I've seen both. Anonymity does things to people. Remember that when talking on the internet and take it all with a grain of salt, and you're generally better off.

I definitely wouldn't call you a "general" asshole though. All I see is a person looking for serious discussion and who isn't afraid of a heated debate. I don't think I have ever seen you talk to others with the intention of shitting on them or their opinions, which would be my definition of an asshole.

In the end, what really matters is if you consider yourself an asshole though.
