Off of reputation alone....I would go with Kratos....I mean he did the reverse Jesus....Jesus died to SAVE people....Kratos died in order to KILL...that dude yeah....insane lol.

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

bayonetta seems to (maybe quite literally) pull powers out of her ass depending on the situation, so I say she wins.

A three-way battle, eh? Well, as a Nintendo fan, I'm supposed to support Byaonetta, on account of her sequel being a Wii U exclusive, but I also liked God of War and DmC 3, so I'll try a fair comparison.

  • Bayonetta - Possesses the typical super-strength and endurance of video game characters. This is likely due to being a witch. Fights using a combination of magical hair, spells, and firearms. Has killed less Gods than Kratos, but has killed plenty of angelic entities and a stand-in for a mid-to-upper level God. Bonus: Can wield more weapons at a time than competition. Weakness: Seems not to take her fights very seriously.
  • Dante - Possesses the typical super-strength and endurance of video game characters. This is likely due to being a half-demon. Bonus: Insane healing factor. Typically fights using a mixture of a magic sword and some relatively ordinary firearms. Has killed demons galore. Bonus: Dat Healing Factor. Weakness: Gets regularly impaled by his own sword.
  • Kratos - Possesses the typical super-strength and endurance of video game characters. Basically, Hercules level stats, even without weapons and abilities. This is likely due to being a demigod. Uses a variety of magic items and spells, but more heavily relies on his melee weapons, particularly his trademark chain blades and a magical sword. Has killed Low-to-Medium Level Gods and Titans galore. Essentially wiped out human civilization and much of the world by killing its gods, but it is implied that the world managed to recover, especially in the epilogue of the first game. Bonus: Likely has the best training/experience factor going for him. Weakness: Has died canonically before, although death apparently doesn't matter much in God of War

Conclusion: Kratos gets killed off by a salvo of firepower from Bayonetta and Dante, who make a temporary truce to kill the scary man with no snese of style. Then, in a long half hour battle, Bayonetta finally manages to defeat Dante, with only a sliver of life left. This is just enough time for Kratos to come back up from Hades, at which point he presses the O button until Bayonetta gets he head ripped off.

tl;dr Everyone dies, but Kratos dies a lot, so he still wins. Somehow.

well i have played devil may cry and god of war, not bayonetta, so i cannot make an opinion from the three games, but for me between kratos and dante, kratos would win. with all the thirst for revenge he has in his heart, he could destroy everything that stands in his way, simple as that. he even died and that didnt stop him.

and kratos has killed almost everything, gods, demons, monsters, "TITANS". yes i put that in big because titans are titans lol.

Kratos would even win 2v1 lol

I've played all the games, with Kratos it's hard to say if he'd win or lose depending on the game we base his abilities on.

GoW:A? He'd probably lose, maybe by the end of the game he'd stand a chance though.

GoW:CoO? He'd lose, doesn't have good enough items, magic or weapons to win.

GoW1? He'd die, climb out of Hades and find the power to kill his enemies.

GoW:GoS? He's still the God of War in the game, he'd win. Also as seen in the final fight it seems when he's made angry enough he become significantly more powerful.

GoW2? By the end of the game he is super powerful, he can even control time so the others wouldn't stand a chance.

GoW3? Kratos at the end of God of War III is near enough omnipotent, he'd kill Bayonetta, Dante & Asura with his bare hands like he did Zeus... Even before the end, his items, weapons & magic make him near enough impossible to kill. He can move at superhuman speed with the boots of Hermes. He can't fall to his death from height due to his wings. Army of Sparta magic can shield him. Soul summon magic can distract his enemies and even turn them to stone by summoning a gorgon so that Kratos could simple smash them. Head of Helios can temporarily stun/blind his enemies leaving them vulnerable... you get the point.

So yeah, most of the time Kratos would completely own Bayonetta, Dante, Asura and pretty much anyone else other than Dr. Manhattan and probably Superman.

I can't wait to see how much more powerful Gabriel Belmont becomes as Dracula in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, he could probably destroy Bayonetta & Dante too.

No contest. Kratos kills Dante but then he is found later naked in a bed with Bayonetta and another hot girl having a party.

Bayonetta klled this.

With a few bullets/swipes... And her hair.

Bear in mind the big thing is a big stone head with wings and 2 huge dragon heads that breath fire, and you will see how Bayonetta wins.

And btw, that is an easy boss in the game.

Kratos killed this.

Nice movie but... what a monumental piece of shit of a game. is there anything that's not a QTE in there? whoever made this should feel ashamed. I don't think it can even be considered a game.

Kratos ... no competition. Bayo would be second and my boy Dante 3rd.
