I've played all the games, with Kratos it's hard to say if he'd win or lose depending on the game we base his abilities on.
GoW:A? He'd probably lose, maybe by the end of the game he'd stand a chance though.
GoW:CoO? He'd lose, doesn't have good enough items, magic or weapons to win.
GoW1? He'd die, climb out of Hades and find the power to kill his enemies.
GoW:GoS? He's still the God of War in the game, he'd win. Also as seen in the final fight it seems when he's made angry enough he become significantly more powerful.
GoW2? By the end of the game he is super powerful, he can even control time so the others wouldn't stand a chance.
GoW3? Kratos at the end of God of War III is near enough omnipotent, he'd kill Bayonetta, Dante & Asura with his bare hands like he did Zeus... Even before the end, his items, weapons & magic make him near enough impossible to kill. He can move at superhuman speed with the boots of Hermes. He can't fall to his death from height due to his wings. Army of Sparta magic can shield him. Soul summon magic can distract his enemies and even turn them to stone by summoning a gorgon so that Kratos could simple smash them. Head of Helios can temporarily stun/blind his enemies leaving them vulnerable... you get the point.
So yeah, most of the time Kratos would completely own Bayonetta, Dante, Asura and pretty much anyone else other than Dr. Manhattan and probably Superman.
I can't wait to see how much more powerful Gabriel Belmont becomes as Dracula in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, he could probably destroy Bayonetta & Dante too.
