Nope, including all the sports titles, and the fact that the original mario has 40 million units, i'm pretty sure mario > Pokemon in sales.

 The publisher, they had it wrong, they stated that square soft published FF VII, when in fact it was SCEA, and SCEE that published it for europe and North america.

While square only published it for japan. (this is the ps1 version ofcourse)
