Everyone is asking about Street Fighter IV on Wii

We’ve seen countless interviews where a Wii version of Street Fighter IV is brought up, and Capcom keeps saying that if the demand is there, they will do it. This latest blurb comes from a GamePro interview..

When asked about the possibility of a Nintendo Wii version, Ono responds, “If we think we can sell it, then it’s a possibility.” As Street Fighter IV still retains the 2D fighting engine of the series’ past games, a Wii edition is certainly in the realm of possibility.

How many times do various outlets have to ask about/request a Wii version? I think it’s been more than proven that the interest is there for Street Fighter IV on the Wii.

I expect it to be ported. Though Capcom vs tunksuno(sp?) looks much better imo.

too bad they will probably release it 1 year after ps3/360 gets it, i am getting it on pc anyways if it comes on wii its just little bonus, but i wouldn't lose sleep over it if they don't release it on wii

Capcom is a smuck company that hates the Wii for some reason. I mean i read all over the web about people wanting a street fighter games, but they seem not to care enough to make it for the Wii. I think it will sell well, but come on and make the game.
