Makes me wonder why people hype Resistance 2.

If your a pc gamer they try playing the fps on the ps3 with the frag fx which gives you a pc type contorols on the ps3. anyhow It is a Great game with great online commmunity and its pure fun.

pretty good, but not great, for me it's about 8/10

the game is average IMO. nothing special but i think it is just hyped alot cus its a ps3 exclusive and the ps3 fanboys want it to do great. if you can find it for cheap, than get it but don't get it for full price. as far as the demo goes, i haven't played the demo so i dont know how true it is to the actual game.

To me the game was above average.  It is a shooter and looks kind of bleak I guess, but this seems intended to create an atmosphere of hopelessness, imo.  It definitely gets more interesting as the game progresses, because you get all the weapons, and you know how Insomniac loves their creative weapons (Ratchet and Clank).  All guns have an alt fire, which is a lot of fun.  I thought the story was pretty fun, and I actually felt involved, which not all games can do.  To me it is very solid with pretty good graphics imo and the little touches that makes Insomniac such a great developer.  (Theres this one scene where this one chimaera runs quickly through an intersection and by the time you can react its gone.  Another slides out of its hiding spot and starts shooting almost instantly.  That part felt like one of those suspense movies.  I dunno, I just think the game had personality.  I really think you'd be missing out if you didn't at least rent it.  

Resistance is one of the best games ever created.

Its replayed value is endless. It's still the number 1 game I play on the PS3 to this date, over a full year after I got it. (Well, until MGS4 came out on Thursday, but I've still stopped playing MGS4 to go online)

The game is actually like that. To be fair, it gets better once you've played it for about an hour or two. It's certainly not a bad game.

....however, if you have CoD4 or Bioshock, you might just wanna replay one of those, heh.

I would not say its an amazing game, I mush more enjoyed COD4. Id say its about the same level as haze, not all that bad but not really good either. Eitherway its still fun to play.
