Forums - Gaming - Do you have enough funds to buy new games?

Day one. Everything you want to get? I'm curious...

Also, bonus question. Would you be able to rebuy your console as new if it broke and within one week. (Please ad how long it would take to save).

Simply thread, I won't bloat it.

I don't need or want to buy a lot of new releases. And the ones I do want are rarely in the Triple A space, so I would say yes.

Bonus Question: No. I have all major consoles (PS5, XSX, and Switch 2) and a gaming PC and a Steam Deck. If one breaks, it sucks, but I have so much to play that I will never get to it all.

Student loans baby!

Yes, but i dont. It doesnt like a good investment most of the time.

Yes.

I’m an adult with a job, so yes I could buy everything day one if I wanted, but I don’t.

Yes I can buy any game console I want at launch. But I typically only get 1 or 2 games a year at launch the remaining ones I get with sales later on. In Germany you can get most ones quite fast on sale.

Time is more scarce for me than money.  On top of that there are very few games that I'm just dying to play on day 1.  Right now FF7 Revelation is the only announced game that I just need to play on Day 1.

The thing about older, discounted, games is that I don't mind buying several of them and messing around for a little while to see if I want to keep playing or not.  There are a lot of turds when I approach games this way, but I also find some games that are surprisingly good.

Yes

Yes but i dont, I'm a patient gamer, I don't mind waiting for better prices
