Of the top of my head... it must be around 80-90 physical games and just as many digital games. Easily the system where I have the most games.

I have like 150 physical and 53 digital. Some of my digital games are digital only or were digital only at the time when I bought them (such as Sonic Mania). Some games I rebought digitally when on sale, because I want to have them on my system at all times. Those games I do that for are games I really like and sometimes want to play when I'm on the road and didn't bring my physical copy. I did this for my 3DS as well. I don't do this for my home consoles since they're not portable systems.
Checked Exophase (gonna obviously exclude YouTube, NSO libraries and such) and I count 67 games out of 88 titles listed in my Nintendo history.
And as for physical games I have 21 opened and played and 2 unplayed so far for 23 physical games.

I currently have 144, if you include ones I've archived/uninstalled to make room for more.
Most games I've ever owned for a single console by far.
Still a few more on my wishlist as well.

Around a dozen or so games. I bought it to play first-party games like Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart, and Pokemon.

16, all physical - honestly, more than I expected to end up with (especially after WiiU), given that I buy Nintendo hardware just to get access to a few of their IPs and whatever good 3rd party games that are exclusive to it.
