As a Brazillian, can confirm. Nobody cares about your skin color, if you are homophobe people will rage against you, and people who are also homophobic will praise you
In fact, here homophobia is a crime punished by racism laws, so by all accounts they are legally the same crime
There were few black militants who were outraged by the equalization of homophobia to racism arguing this was going to punish black people disproportionately, but they were destroyed online and quickly shut their mouths, as even black queer people were absolutely disgusted by them
So yeah, definitly not a thing here
