Red Dead Redemption is the best Rockstar game I've played (haven't played 2) but Bully is my favorite game of theirs, yes, it's so much fun, and it actually have a good story and development on top of that.

I would rather have a Bully 2 than GTA VI any day.

Unfortunately they're gonna be focusing on supporting GTA 6 for over the next decade and will begin development of probably RDR3 next so it's probably never gonna happen.

Bully 2 was already in plans and canned long, long ago, I have almost no hope of it ever happening.

Bully faced problems in some countries, including here in Brazil, it was one of the very few games I can remember a studio was blocked legally from selling here.

I don't think its as big of a problem anymore tho, around 2014 they were finally allowed to sell it digitally on PSN here for example, but with GTA and RDR, why bet on anything else but those guaranteed to outperform pretty much the whole industry giants?

I hope it does happen someday, that would be awesome.

I'm not a fan but the game looks cool. GTA 3 (PS2) I played about an hour. GTA V (PS4) 10 minutes?

I have only played a little bit of a few GTA games, one was the trilogy on series S a while ago., never played any others. I might get GTA VI once it hits steam. But have zero desire buying any overpriced console to play on

I mean there's plenty of "true" current gen games by this point, in terms of games developed for PS5/Xbox Series free from the restrictions of PS4/XBO.

I bet that GTA VI was somewhat feasible on PS4, but GTA Online got R* on a confortable position to scrap the 8th gen versions midway, focus exclusively on 9th gen to add the necessary polishment + all the bells and whistles that the superior hardware could give, specially on the cutscenes department.

People online love to act like they know all about technical issues, that this game will make a base PS5 suffer. It will be so funny when turns out it runs 60fps on a Series S

Eventually, but I never buy GTA games at launch. Probably when the PC version comes out.

GTA IV for example tho, has a more serious story, sadly it's one of the games with less to do in the series, even as IMO it is the most impressive game from the series, that game was unreal for 2008, but it lacks more fun into the sandbox experience and some people don't like it for that.

Hmm GTA 4 came out 2008, I ditched my cell phone in 2009. Coincidence... lol Most I remember about GTA 4 is constantly being interrupted by that infernal cell phone, with text so small you had to get up to be able to read it. Just let me drive around in peace :)

GTA 6 on PC day one, maybe also on console, depends on what's going on at that time. My kid wants it day one on PC, I don't mind exploring the map on TV as long as you can skip the shoot outs again like in GTA 5.

The parody, caricatures and satire work in GTA for me since I grew up with American movies and TV shows. Yakuza I don't know what's parody or what it is trying to make fun of, too confusing.

I am planning to get it for launch on the Series X however I already have Halo and Gears pre ordered so I want to ensure I have played through those first

R* knows how to build great environments to explore, even without the game play it will be fun just to walk/cycle/drive/bus/fly/boat around. It's the Titanic of video games, whether the story is good or not, the production values are off the charts. I spend most my time in GTA5 and RDR2 just exploring the maps, stumbling on emergent gameplay and stories embedded in the environment. Also there's nothing else on my radar for upcoming sandbox games. Dunno if the satire will hold up though since reality has far exceeded anything GTA has caricaturized.

Hopefully GTA VI will go hard on Ron DeSantis and Mar-a-Lago.
