I just watched this to see her speak and what her latest comments are. And yes, I am getting a spunky vibe I guess because she is under 40 and the requests for feedback about Xbox.

I am cautiously optimistic. Executives aren't our friends, but mostly good stuff out of Asha Sharma in the First 100 Days.
