I am going to laugh if it is more than $30.  The game is a few hours long and a remake.

dude common we both know its going to be full priced

Full price for literally a 1 to 2 hour game of a remake?  You can't seriously think 1 to 2 hours is $60.

You know the game has more than campaign mode, right?

Yeah, I played the original with friends back in the day.

I assume Nintendo wouldn't charge a penny more than $40.  I am shocked, stunned, baffled people are arguing full price is reasonable.

Bro, look again. They already show more modes than the 64 version. Not saying is reasonable to charge more than 40$ for it, but to say its exactly the same on how it was played on 64 is a blatantly lie

Bro, please quote me where I said it was "exactly" the same.

Oh you can't, because you are fighting an argument that was never made.

If you have to lie to make a point, you aren't making the point you think you are.

If a price is reasonable to one person but not to another, then that just means they have a lot more interest in the product. There's nothing to be baffled by, it's pretty simple logic lol. Regardless of your thoughts on this being them...um...third remake(?) of Star Fox 64, this all-but-confirms a return to Star Fox is forthcoming. Nintendo is very predictable when rebooting stagnant or dormant franchises: They start with a remake under a chosen studio, they then task this studio to employ what they learned from the remake to create a wholly original title, and... done.

Examples:
(i) TLoZ:OoT 3D (2011) & Windwaker HD (2013) [when rebooting the Zelda franchise, leaving behind its linear gameplay style].
(ii) Metroid: Samus Returns (2017) & Metroid Prime Remastered (2023) [followed up by Metroid Dread & Metroid Prime 4: Beyond].
(iii) Famicon Detective Club Remakes for NS1 [eventually got Emio in 2024].
(iv) Paper Mario TTYD (2024) [though not official, this remake was likely done in order to equip the new lead behind Paper Mario (now that Tanabi is retired) with familiarity in what made Paper Mario so special to gamers].
(v) TLoZ:Link's Awakening (2019). [Grezzo would then go on to follow this game up with Echoes of Wisdom (2024).]
(vi) ...Do I need to keep going? There's also Star Fox 64 3D being followed up by Star Fox Zero as a funny example.

Also, Chkeller, why are you becoming so hostile over a Star Fox remake? It's really not that serious. If you don't want a $60USD price tag, just search around for the game on a sale— despite what many claim, Nintendo games do very frequently see flash sales. I'm constantly seeing NS2 exclusives from last year dropping down to $45USD at local retailers as well as on reselling sites. Heck, I recently sold a copy of Legends Z-A (NS2Edition) for only $50USD, and DKBananza for $40USD. Couldn't sell either of them for any higher.

ok its 49.99 digital, which means 59.99 physical

Oh really? What exactly you want people to assume when you tiped that the game is only 1-2 hour long and you already played the multiplayer mode with friends? Your gaslighting wont work on me

I am not hostile.  You are doing Nintendo defense, again.

I was accused of lying.  I did not lie about a damn thing.

I have no problems with people busting me up over things I have done, but I am going to be called a liar for something I flatly did not say.

And has a priced been confirmed?  I like Star fox and based on galaxy 1 and 2 for the S2, I am concerned Nintendo price is way too high.

Am I not allowed to have an opinion unless it is Nintendo is the bestest?
