I'm talking films like Meet Joe Black, City of Angels or the Twilight films.

Films that are uncanny, they feel off, the acting is awkward, the romance to sudden and without friction and the scenes are almost uncomfortable but not quite enough to cringe but still somehow stick the landing and end up kind of comforting.

I'm not talking so bad that they become good like The room, that's another thing entirely.

Hoping to hear some suggestions.

Mortal Kombat (1995).

Oh yeah. Great choice.

Thomas and the Magic Railroad has some bad elements with its weird dialogue, structure and so on.

But I'd lie if I didn't say my nostalgia and the endearing nature of Thomas and Friends doesn't make me smile. Hummie Mann's score is way better than the writing, directing and such of the movie. He sprinkles in a few classic Thomas themes in there and uses "He's a Really Useful Engine" as a leitmotif and it's so charming,

It's a meh to bad movie that I'm not bored by.

90 live action Ninja Turtles films come to mind. Cheesy, campy, so of its time, but so charming you can’t help but love them!

Why rage baiting with that poll?

Maybe rage bait is not the right descriptor. But, it's some sort of engagement farming nonsense.

And look at me, engaging.

I recently saw the first first time for over 30 year and it's as awesome as I remembered. However the second is pretty bad and third not great either.

Mortal Kombat isn't bad in the first place. Bit cheesy, but always was the best video game movie.

I like the second G.I.Joe film and the first is OK too. The third not so much.

Let's face it: we could put half of 80's in this category: Karate Kid trilogy, Mad Max 3, American Ninja, V, MacGyver, Knight Rider...

Karate Kid I and II are legit good movies, Pat Morita was nominated for an Oscar for Karate Kid I.

III was cheese though, lol.
