If they call it the XBOX 5, I'm in.

Xbox 5 or Xbox 7 could work as well for a name. OG Xbox > Xbox 360 > Xbox One > Xbox One X > Xbox Series S > Xbox Series X. That is 6 consoles with different levels of tech. Plus Microsoft has skipped numbers before. Windows 8 > Windows 10

Though I do like Xbox Helix.

I'd be OK with XBOX 7 too, I guess. I just want them to stop with these weird names no one understands.

So a PC?

Helix is supposed to be a reference to something? Can only think about DNA... and I hope it has nothing to do with it lol.

Feels like Microsoft is twinning with Valve more than Sony at this point. Anyway, I think it is a smart idea at this point to cut their losses and go ahead with their PC-Xbox integration. No point in waffling.

I probably won't buy this, since I prefer to build my own PC, and my Series X is my least used platform (basically a disc player now.) But if the price-to-performance is good enough, who knows.

If this still allows physical games, I'm tempted to get it mid to late life. I don't have an Xbox Series, and don't plan to. My most recent Xbox hardware is One X.
If it doesn't allow physical games, might as well save up for a Gaming PC or stick to consoles.

I wanna say reports stated the Xbox handheld was cancelled. But it was never officially announced anyway.

Xbox usually does a Summer showcase in June, right?

My bet is that we're going to see more about Helix there, and if they doesn't show anything about an Xbox Handheld, then it's probably RIP.

Correct they hold their main annual showcase every June. On the Sunday E3 used to take place.
