When will Nintendo offer a Switch2 upgrade for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe?
And which price do you expect for that upgrade, if it enhances the graphics and/or performance compared to the Switch 1 version?
Considering the absence of their most popular seller out of the games that are getting patched in the first batch. I'm not expecting them to do anything since MK World is the game they want you to go for, not the older one

I don't see it happening. They've been supporting Mario Kart 8 forever and want to move on.
Smash Ultimate could get an update with maybe a few new fighters and stages.

MK8D is perfect as it is for MK8.
I'm hoping for a Switch 2 upgrade for Smash Ultimate.
It's already been "upgraded" for the Switch with 1080P resolution. 60fps.
Best they can do is polish it up some more for DLSS 4k. Is it worth another $110 AUD purchase price? Probably not, but there will be tons of people who would latch onto that purchase opportunity still.
