The subject did say any kind of sex and if you had sex at least once, you are going to do your alone time if there isn't a partner around. Also, I believe the body will not just let you go and not release after a certain point in time as I experienced that myself when I was young which is called the "Wet Dream". So I would definitely say NO, I could not go without sex and if you have a hot partner, I am definitely not saying going without sex. Hell after a few months of nothing, she wouldn't even need to be hot, just in the vicinity.

unless you have a hot partner or a very deep relationship, sex is really not worth the effort and risk

I'm not really a sexual a person at all, and feel I would be much better not having sex at all. So, easily no sex for me.
