Wow, never seen LegalEagle anywhere near as agitated as this!
Hopefully the "ruling" gets reversed after Trump is ousted and everything needs to get paid back with interests and all those implicated goign to court for corruption and treason.
But this is 'Murica we're talking about, so sadly I doubt it...

China would be wise to get on with war while Trump is still president. November isn't far away. Trump looks like a zombie and may not live for much longer. Vance may want to support Taiwan.

China needs to hurry though due to the constitutional changes in Japan, which could very well mean they'll replace the US as partner in Taiwan.

Ostensibly, it's because of her husband being diagnosed with aggressive cancer, which is a good reason to step away. But even before she left, there were rumors that Trump wasn't very happy with her. Plus, she's a woman, and almost every major cabinet member that has left Trump's cabinet was female, like Bondi, Noem, and former Labor Secretary What's-Her-Face.
She also didn't rseem to actually do anything. They made a big deal of her being appointed to Trump's cabinet because she was a former Democrat (almost entirely because Republicans pretty much have no chance in Hawai'i; she and her father Mike Gabbard were otherwise basically Southern Republicans in leis). But after she was confirmed, nothing.
I'm guessing that, husband having cancer or not, Gabbard pretty much saved Trump the trouble and bad press of firing her.
Donald Trump Jr. married Bettina Anderson, a socialite and social media influencer, in West Palm Beach County today. They are having a wedding gala in the Bahamas tomorrow.
Daddy Trump refused to attend, using government business and Iran as his excuses for dipping out.
On the one hand, it's an example of how Trump really doesn't give a damn about anybody but himself, including his own kids. On the other hand, he would have used the event to self-aggrandize and made the whole day, whcih should be about the bride and groom, about himself, so I'm betting the people in the Bahamas are happy not to have Trump there.
Also, the "predictions markets" should start taking bets on how long Junior's second marriage will last, considering his relationship with Anderson started six months before he actually ended his relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle, and consideing he had multiple fairs during his first marriage to Vanessa Trump. The road apple doesn't fall far from the horse's rear end.
Meanwhile, here in Arizona, Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb is running for Congress in AZ-5, on a "family values" platform.

A woman allegedly tied to Minnesota’s massive “Feeding Our Future” scandal has been charged in a day care fraud scheme after being featured in a viral video by influencer Nick Shirley, authorities said.
She is accused of pocketing millions of dollars meant for children’s meals.
Fahima Egeh Mahamud was charged Wednesday with wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States, according to court documents.
Earlier this year, Mahamud was indicted for her alleged role in the initial $250 million “Feeding Our Future” scheme.
Prosecutors allege she enrolled Future Leaders Early Learning — a Minneapolis day care where she served as CEO — into the federal child nutrition program, falsely claiming to serve thousands of meals at her childcare center.
In addition to her involvement in the nutrition program fraud, Mahamud was federally charged Wednesday with a secondary scheme to defraud the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), which provides day care assistance to low-income families.
Between October 2022 and December 2025, she allegedly submitted over 13,000 fraudulent claims to CCAP totaling approximately $4.6 million.
