You misunderstood. I'm not saying they do. I'm saying even if that was the case, which I doubt it is.

I know, but don´t know if I can say... Now the new forum only alow sneak peek and the moderators, let's say... installing the foundation of the new base
Famitsu Top 50 2021
TOTAL: 13.446.603
TOTAL NSW: 12.477.020 (92.7%)
TOTAL PS4: 842.267 (6.3%)
TOTAL PS5: 127.316 (0.9%)
Next week with the OLED launch we can expect that a lot of Switch titles will get a boost and the Top 30 will provide updates to a few evergreens that have dropped out in recent weeks/months. Metroid Dread is heading for a 100K opening, as long as retailers ordered such a launch amount.
Top 10 Publishers:
Regardless of the Lost Judgement launch Sega hasn't been able to make the Top 10 Publishers. With the Demon Slayer launch by Aniplex it's likely that we will see them overtake Neos & Koei Tecmo becoming the 9th best selling publisher of the year in two weeks time.

The game was sold out on both the PS4 and Switch launch week, so it's not easy for Switch to surpass PS4 version when there isn't enough supply to do so. It's still not restocked but the usual pattern will happen with digital versions selling strong due to lack of physical stock.

I'm not sure what you mean about artificial hardware sales, but I also think that digital cannot be discounted. The Wii U as a platform did not have strong digital sales, but the PS4 (and subsequently the PS5) do. That said, even if digital/physical is a 50/50 split, the PS5 is still underperforming. |
In JP, digital/physical is a 40/60 split at best if you're really, really, really lucky.

Yeah, I'm not trying to say they are 50/50, just if they were it still looks a bit bad. I'm not really sure how to change the way I wrote it to convey what I'm trying to say without confusion lol
Can't wait for next week's numbers.
There's still a global chip crunch happening so the supply may not be available to fully meet demand, but hopefully we get some juicy big numbers.
With Kuro no Kiseki selling out at least 80% of its initial stock it its release week at least it shouldn't hit too low in the bargain bins.
Any inclination how many Oleds Nintendo are shipping next week in Japan? Vgchartz database says the week Switch Lite released in Japan the NSW family sold 230K backed up by 189K the next week then things settled back to 84K the week after that. This could give us an indication of what to expect.
