Famitsu stopped XBO tracking, which is not a suprise at all. Its sales were more statistical noise than anything.

Both Sony and Microsoft are unable (or unwilling) to stock their consoles.

That's weird the graph has Switch at over 6m. I wonder where that number came from.

Nintendo is over 6m. Switch plus 3DS.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

A Biased Review Reloaded / Open Your Eyes / Switch Shipments

PS4 beating PS5, damn! And I'm pretty sure it's not just because a lack of stock...

It says Nintendo, not Switch. Meaning 3DS numbers have been added in.

In 2020 Switch had a market share of 86.93% for the whole year.

This year starts with 91.40%. Last year started with 82.03%.

Nes have this market share?

Probably, I was watching high score yesterday on Netflix and Tom Kalinske stated that Nintendo had a 93% market share when he was hired, now that could have just been North America, Japan I’m not sure on but one would assume it was similar there.

Well they should stop tracking Series sales as well then

But it's a shame that at least 1/2 or 2/3 of these sales aren't counted as 2020 sales for the Switch, which could've ended 2020 with 6.1 million sales

There is a world of difference between the two. They also stopped tracking the New 3DS

We are talking about less than 50 units per week in a holiday season. Xbox Series is still way ahead of that and would sell much better if Microsoft bothered to ship some units.

Now that the past 2 weeks are official, Switch has passed Super Famicom on the all time Japan sales list. SFC sold 17.17M units in Japan (according to VGC).

Next up is original Famicom with 19.35M sold.
