No to both actually. Final Fantasy X was on my list earlier, and while I like Child of Light it's not quite in my top 50.

Is #4 a Dark Souls game? That all sounds like something souls-like.

It is Dark Souls, so yes.

Alright, overly long post done, now for tomorrow's hint.

#4 - The game features some incredible boss fights and... wait, actually, that's all it features.

Shadow of the Colossus?

So, the last set of games. Sorry mZuzek, I failed to make something of the top 10, so I'll finish this the way I started it; without cool title cards this year. Anyway, final 5;

#5: The dream setting of this game, I think that's not really a spoiler anymore, meant that developers were free to include characters from that other famous franchise into this game. Guessed by Kantor - The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.

#4: If you get good, you won't hear the sound anymore so please stop whining. Guessed by UnderwaterFunktown - Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island

#3: People like to complain about the camera in this game, but often when playing something new I think to myself that maybe those developers should've taken a better look at this game. Guessed by UnderwaterFunktown - Super Mario 64

#2: The greatest plot-twist in video gaming. Guessed by UnderwaterFunktown - Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic

#1: It should have gotten a 100. Guessed by Mnementh - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

3) A lot of this game's fun comes from its factions; one new introduction here is a faction of wandering musicians. Some classics return though: one for fighters, one for mages, one for thieves and one for assassins.

2) You and your party are powerful sorcerers, but the game spells that word differently.

Your party ideally consists of a group of unique characters with origin stories and quest lines, but if you get one of them killed you can get more boring replacements.

1) A protagonist who frequently moans about how much he hates getting involved in human affairs spends half his time doing exactly that, while looking for his adopted daughter and facing an invading alien army.

3) Skyrim?

1) The Witcher 3

Both correct.

2 is actually quite obscure, so:

2) You and your party are powerful sorcerers, but the game spells that word differently.

This game received such overwhelming acclaim that its developers earned the right to develop the third-game in a classic RPG series whose developer has gone a little off the rails lately.

I thought 4 might be "hey, listen" from Ocarina but I guess not

2 and 3 incorrect. 2 is a bit a broad hint though, but I won't elaborate further just yet.

5 is correct!

And with 4 you're kind of close in some way. It isn't a Zelda game though. In Ocarina the "Hey Listen!" wasn't reliant on whether or not you're doing a good job, but in my #4 it is.

Could it be Divinity Original Sin II?

3) Super Mario 64?

2) Not my own pick for greatest plot twist but: KotOR?
