Minecraft Steve. Of course, how could I forget.

Pretty good addition I’d say if taken objectively. Minecraft is huge obviously, and Steve is very recognizable. Also seems like he’ll be a pretty unique character to play. With him in, there’s also not a lot of top tier gaming icons left to include; Master Chief, Doomguy, Bomberman, Crash, Lara Croft, Jill Valentine? Actually still a few lol.

And? I don't care some toddler game is popular. Same with Fortnite. Kids games. Meh.  Still a lame announcement. Then again I just found out this game sorta rips off Shin Megami Tensei with green penis characters. Nothing as elaborate as Mara. I'd post but might get reported. I have never heard of "Steve". That sounds as lame for a video game character name as Jim the Knight in Hylide or Lester the Unlikely.

I love this announcement and I've wanted it since the first dlc pack. I know my kids will love this also

bruh minecraft has like 120 million players monthly, it is a cultural phenomenon at this point more than a toddler game

I wasn't expecting this at all! I really thought that the minecraft design and animation wouldn't blend that well with the smash atmosphere. Well, guess I was wrong. Moveset is pretty cool and original and I love the arena. Looking forward for the cube kirby lol

Oh please no!! Smash Bros. doesn't need Fortnitemare contaminating it!!

We've already had Crash Bandicoot and Shantae given the shaft because of Minecraft, we don't need any content from a shooter about fort building and tacky dances.

Could have been Crash. Then they could have shown a trailer for Crash 4 coming to everything but the Switch...
