Hopefully it's a legit AAA game and not some weird side game, it doesn't actually say it's a mainline entry and judging from the brand new take bit I would guess that it isn't. At least seems to be good news with it being a new game in the series built specifically for Switch. Will wait for more details and video to make a judgement.
Ah nevermind I just saw the trailer in the direct. Definitely looks like it could be a legit MH entry.
Confirmed via direct; it will feature a seamless play area like MH World, rather than segments separated by loading screens as in every prior MH.

Looked far better to me, a lot more fun and enjoyable than anything I've seen from the PS5 reveal yesterday.

This game will sell like hotcakes in Japan.

Models, enviroments, world scape, how barron things appear, when you only see 1 or 2 monsters around.
Just overall the graphics mostly.
