That system, despite it's dreadful start, helped keep Nintendo in the black while the WiiU was.... the WiiU and before the Switch arrived and decimated everything in sight.

76 million. Pretty good sales to be fair.

I haven't booted up my 3dsXL in a while. I just might today.

Well, whatever new number we get in Nintendo's next update for the figures as of September 30th - That will be the final tally for the 3DS.



9 years later.

It had quite the run. 9.5 years is longer than what most people expected it would take for it to get discontinued. Now to wait for a bunch of 3DS retrospective videos to pop up over the coming weeks.
