Thanks, my usual stream quality took a hit it wasn't great it had artifacting and blurriness ,I expect it was down to sheer volume even though it started at 6am here in Tasmania. |
Nice to hear and no problem :)

Spider-Man was my main highlight. Depending on my financial situation and the actual price of the system, I may get it at launch along with that game. If they're pumping the game out just two years after the first one, I'm guessing they began development immediately after they finished the first game or maybe even earlier. Obviously, they're using the same engine and assets. Most likely that they developed it for PS4 but then decided to move it to PS5 to have it as a launch title.
Horizon 2 - Eh. I have the first game but I never finished it. Then again, that's not because of the game itself. I had a lot going on at the time with finishing college and trying to land my first full time job afterwards, then going through a bad stretch of luck last year. That, and there were other games I wanted to play first. So, maybe now that I've gotten back on my feet a bit and have regained some semblance of control, I'll jump back into it.
Kena - This is one that I was the most intrigued by. I LOVE the art style and the gameplay looks like an action-adventure with some platforming thrown in the mix, almost like a mix between Mario and Zelda. I'm certainly going to be keeping tabs on this.

HFW hit the mark as expected, though I think the Forbidden West is a lousy lazy name.
Horizon Zero Dawn
Horizon Zero Dawn : The Frozen Wilds
to
Horizon Forbidden West ?
Hmmm, how about,
Horizon : The Forbidden West
or
Horizon : Forbidden Wild West
or
Horizon : The Forbidden Wild West
or
Horizon : Forbidden Western Wilds
or
Horizon : The Forbidden Western Wilds
I dunno. Don't like the name as is, but liked everything else I saw about it.
PS1 - ! - We must build a console that can alert our enemies.
PS2 - @- We must build a console that offers online living room gaming.
PS3 - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.
PS4 - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.
PRO -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.
PS5 - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.
PRO -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
The titles looked fantastic. But from the look of the Spider Man it seems like a Left Behind, Lost Legacy type of title. Used the assets of the original game and made a beefy DLC as a standalone game and used the improvements for PS5 on it.

spiderman miles is not spiderman 2, its a spin off standalone expansion, it will be available both on PS4 and PS5.. and will probably be the starting point of spiderman 2 story
Kena is also launch title, not sure why they didn't stress this during the show

So apparently Spiderman is a remaster from the original PS4 title + an expansion with Miles Morales.

It's a bit disappointing that the big exclusive gun at launch is not even a full new game. I really thought Sony would make a change from the previous generations and have at least one big first party title at launch. Guess some things never change...

Oh, you'll get used to it.
Horizon Zero Dawn is pretty lame when you think about it, TBH. What is that even supposed to mean?

Horizon blew me away a few months ago. It will happen the same with this game.
