I'm not sure that Trump needs Arizona, Pennsylvania, or Minnesota. All he needs are Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin I believe, out of the potential swing states.

It is highly unlikely that Trump wins Michigan/Wisconsin without PA. PA is the most vulnerable of that bunch of states so if it holds, it is likely that the rest hold too.

Remember, Arizona counts early votes first. There are a lot of them, but they were expected to lean Dem. It just depends on whether Trump can make up the margins.
If I'm reading 538 right, Trump is unlikely to take AZ.

Doing this math quickly, but Biden leads by about 145,000 votes in Arizona’s Maricopa County early and absentee votes. Republicans won the Election Day vote today there by 34,000 votes, so that looks like it would not be enough for Trump to overcome Biden’s current lead."

I think this is going to go the way of Bush v Gore, if my current projections are anything to go by. 80% of AZ votes are in counties that turned out for Hillary. The state hovers at 75% in. If Trump closes the gap fast enough, it will turn red. If Biden can keep on taking enough votes to put some distance between himself and the gains, he should bag it.

Definitely NOT the stomp people believed would take place though. This looks close.

Trump lead in North Carolina up to 36k votes with 91% reporting. It's going to be pretty close, but I think Trump will take it.

It will be tight, that's for sure. Most outstanding votes are from Raleigh and Greensboro, which are voting blue by a large margin, so Biden will most certainly catch up. But will it be enough to take the lead again?

Well this election sure is entertaining.
Someone please stop me... I'm going through my third bowl of potato chips right now.

So Trump is doing worse with White voters by 2% but up 3% with black, Hispanic, and Asian voters.

Something about that made me laugh. White liberals keep saying that Trump is racist, yet he is gaining with minority voters while losing white votes.

Well, as a black man, I don't see Trump doing anything racist.  And once Joe Biden said, you're not black if you don't vote for him, then, that just sealed the deal.  Not to mention his ties to Strom Thurmond, and other prominent segregationists of the past, I'm not standing behind anything Joe says.  Now is that true for everyone?  No, but it is for me.

My home state of Iowa should have most of it's ballots counted by 10pm. That's in about 18 minutes from now. Biden currently has a huge lead here with 47% of votes counted. I think the red counties are always late turning their crap in though. Absentee and mail in ballots were already starting to be counted a day or so ago. It's 450,000 Biden and 350,000 Trump.
