I've tried fasting a day or longer, a few times (probably only a handfull of times).

But it really says something about society, that most of us are over weight, and rarely if ever go without food in a day.
Meanwhile theres people starveing to death in other parts of the world.

I mean. Fasting is a legitimate thing and can be healthy.

so is not vaccinating

They aren't even remotely the same thing. - I suggest curbing the trolling.

I do intermittent fasting daily, your body becomes accustomed to it and won't create the hunger hormone... And is a common health tool for those who are athletic.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. 3 days. At University I made a social faux pas and was so mortified I didn't dare leave my dorm until I finally caved from hunger.

Bet with Liquidlaser: I say PS5 and Xbox Series will sell more than 56 million combined by the end of 2023.

I can often go 12-14 hours without a meal if I really need to, but the longest was probably about 36 hours.

I got food poisoned and couldn't hold anything down, not even water, would vomit a few minutes later.

Eventually I was able to slowly chew on ice cubes to be able to get some liquid down and then a few hours later I was able to start sipping Gatorade, but I didn't want to risk anything so I waited several more hours before trying any actual solid food (dry crackers).

Probably a day or so when I was ill.

Two days due to food poisoning (old wrinkly carrots just scraped instead of carefully peeled and eaten raw). For another four days I could just eat yogurth and strawberries with sugar and lemon, and always in small quantities at a time, as small intestine (not colon, as it happens most commonly) was bloated with bacterial gases and slowed down, so it could not accept more. Before I could eat at least a little, I even feared I should go to hospital, but luckily high-dose probiotics helped my immune system to react properly and heal.

Almost 3 days due to food poisoning. Even when I wanted to eat, I just took a bite and couldn't eat anymore for about 3 weeks, and I lost about 30 kilograms (over 60 pounds) during that time.

When I've been ill, almost 40 hours.

I have gone 30 hours without water, and longer than 48 hours without food. The water part was simply because I wasn't thirsty and kept urinating clear urine every few hours, I think I drank too much water the day before. The food part was due to addiction plus depression/laziness, as well as being used to the poverty diet.

Nowadays I generally eat 2 meals a day one at 1pm and one at 8pm, so I go 15 hours without food everyday.
