As Nintendo, I'd do the following:

1) Buy any indie studio that makes indie games that sell one million copies or more, that is willing to be bought. They become exclusives from here on out, and all of them have increased budgets to let them truly make the games they want to make. Any that have been able to sell two million copies get an increased budget (modest amount). Any that have sold three million or more get the full-fledged support to make a AAA game based on their successful ip/ips. ShovelKnight HD? Yep!

2) Buy some smaller western studios, dissolve them, reincorporate their devs into Retro Studios, before dividing that company up into different teams building western Nintendo AAA exclusives (no A or AA games from this company).

3) Buy RARE (for the ips), clean house, and completely rebuild it by buying Playtonic and giving those guys control over RARE. Once rebuilt properly, make them focus on rebuilding old, still to this day popular ips and building new ones that don't fit into the sports or "always online" mold. But to do this would require the mass firing of probably hundreds of employees at the company.

Non-Nintendo:

4) I'd buy Arenanet, end Guild Wars 2. Complete modern engine remake of GW1 (make it far better looking than GW2's engine). Including Cantha (which they haven't done until now with the new game because of fear of offending China).

5) Buy Creative Assembly and make Narnia: Total War. All kinds of campaigns would be available throughout the ages based on which book they were in (sense the books were separated by thousands of years in some cases, at least in the Narnia world).

6) 3rd Party company would be assigned to make a new Paper Mario game. It's obvious, after the last three, that Nintendo has no interest in returning to the formula. Particularly from SS and CS. Because of this, they should just hire a studio to make a game that the fans actually want, rather than do it themselves and force oddities into it just so they don't get bored making more of the same stuff. I'd imagine some would hate this because it wouldn't be Nintendo making it, but it would finally give us the TTYD sequel so many of us have been waiting for.

Wow, that is some doomsday level stuff right there! Honestly, I think there would be riots (not joking) over this happening. If Apple bought everyone up and sold mobile-only versions it would be insane. I will gladly march with Sony and Microsoft fans to the gates of the wretched headquarters of Apple myself if that ever occurred. United, we stand or fall together, brothers and sisters!

I would make all characters colored and LGBTQ+. But the stories in my games would attack socialism, use every ethnic slur and every sex scene would be rape. Digital copies of the Torah, Bible, Koran would be included along with stickers of Muhammad and swastikas.

Lastly, the final moments of all our games and endings would be DLC. Those proceeds would Proceeds help fund Planned Parenthood and alt-right groups.

Get rid of all social features on consoles that take power resources.

There would, but ultimately, the way current media is, and how gaming factually is a past-time piece of disposable entertainment, it would be painted as "childish", because really, there isn't anything in this world, to stop those angered from moving onto something else, I mean look at me, I'm a living example of someone who is still pissed off that the RTS genre was left to rot, and how hardly anyone in the industry cares to make a really good, well polished RTS game. I'm forced with nothing else but to move onto another genre instead, because that's just how it is.

People can riot, but it's an entertainment venue, not a necessity like food or water, or say like the current issue in Hong Kong or the Amazon rain forest. The casual side of mobile game users don't really see the damage they are causing by supporting pubs that just want to make billions per month/year, and they already greatly outnumber the hardcore easily.

I'd push the micro-transactions and pay to win, gambling, lootboxes agenda even further by generalizing it in ALL GAMES (Including the good ones that for some odd reason have been so far, spared this cancer) and this would be the perfect crime as it would piss everybody off really bad but people being the idiots they can't help being, they'd keep buying and buying into these while at the same time complaining.
