Oh HELL the fuck yeah:

Fuck credit report agencies. It's so wrong that they have so much control over our lives and we can't even see the data collected on us by them. Even if Sanders couldn't get his debt relief through, he could make medical debt not count towards your credit score. And it would be free to check it as many times as you wanted. This is something that should have always been public.

The thing that irks me about credit scores is that it really punishes discipline and good monetary practices.
Why would your credit score collapse if you decide to pay your car loans early?

Right? It's such bullshit! And if you actually save money and pay for things directly, you don't get a credit history at all, and then when you actually need to get a loan for something, your financial responsibility counts for nothing.

Another interesting poll, this time not about the candidates:

I still doubt he'll be president, but Andrew Yang is having some success changing minds about the central premise of his campaign, universal basic income. A near majority of Americans now support it. That's pretty crazy that he's moved the needle that much. Considering his recent surge ensures he'll probably stay in the race until at least the primaries, he may in fact continue to move that needle until a strong majority supports the idea.

Biden really likes Yang. If Yang end sup losing I think Biden will pick him as VP.

Biden has been winning 45 consistently in the general election polls, it will be harder for him than Sanders but he still has an incredible chance of winning more than what Clinton had. Biden has more favorability than Clinton. The only one in the top three that's JUST recently started to win 45 consistently in the polls is Warren, but I believe that was due to her being relatively unknown to the general public. Now that she's had some time to shine she wins 45. I do agree that Sanders has the best chance of the three to beat him and that 45 will go after the nominee with ferocity (that's why vetting is so important) but the odds are still in the Democrats favor.

I disagree big time. Those same polls said Clinton had over 90% chance of winning. Biden cognitively and policy wise would get destroyed.  Trump would go 100% fake populist, rip him for his record and destroy him in the general. Biden's weaker than Clinton, he'd get destroyed in the debates cause his record sucks and then trump would run away with it. People need to stop underestimating trump. His base is energized to hell and back right now.

Polls didn't assign a chance to the Clinton-win. Pundits did. And they failed. 538 had a model and they got flak as they showed that one in three cases Trump winning. But what Pundits think is not great, models and polls are a better indicator. And polls were close between Trump and Clinton.

I don't want anyone to think I'm necessarily against it, just looking for thoughts.

I kinda see two issues with Bernie's wealth tax.

1.) Part of someone's value is fuzzy. The value of a company for example is going to depend on who's evaluating it.

2.) There can be a gap between the value of someone and what they can actually pay. Jeff Bezos might be worth $100 billion, but that doesn't mean he actually has access to that money.

Do you actually imagine a scenario where Bernie demands more money of Jeff Bezos than he has access to? And he has access to most of it. A lot of it is just stock in Amazon. And that is a precise number, even if it does fluctuate.

WTF???

And for the reason, probably because the credit institute gets less money that ay than if you duly paid every month until the end of the period, but that's still mindblowingly stupid and wrong.

Also, thank you guys for these Krystal Ball videos. They've provided a great deal of memeing and hilarity for me and my friends.

The Tulsi ones are especially comedy gold.
