Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, winner of The Game Awards’ Best Strategy Game, DICE Awards’ Best Strategy Game and the latest entry in the prestigious Civilization franchise, is coming to Nintendo Switch on November 16, 2018.

Well that's unexpected that's the unannounced third party title some of us were predicting would come.

So Megaman XI demo and Civ VI probably were part of the cancelled Direct. Hmm. Just read in another thread that Square has four unannounced games at TGS. Were one of it planned to be revealed in the Direct? Can we expect more stuff like this over the next days?

Same like Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD. Just for record, Direct inst canceld, its delayed.

I guess these are all Direct games. What is Nintendo going to do with it, now that the 3rd parties are just making the announcements themselves?

Well, they can't show the same direct now, can't they. At least they cannot say: and MegaMan XI demo is available right after this presentation.

Nice. I might actually buy it this time around. IMO its a pretty good fit in handheld mode.

They will probably reformat the direct to reflect this. Instead of full blown announcement, we can expect smaller headlines announcements for the games previously revelead.

Well, nothing really. Just run direct as normal, and change "new announcements" to "upcoming".
